A deposit is required to secure a booking. This deposit covers:

• Reservation of buses and transportation
• Confirmation of accommodations and related services
• Preparation of tour materials

Deposit and Refund Policy:
Deposits are refundable in the event of cancellation, less any costs incurred for services already arranged (e.g., transportation or accommodations).

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made before the services, transportation, or accommodations are confirmed will result in a full refund.
• If cancellations occur after arrangements have been made, refunds will be processed, minus incurred costs.
